Wi-Fi out Screen Sharing
When using the Flip on a wireless Wi-Fi network, users have the ability to project information from the Interactive Flip display to another large digital display in meeting rooms in real time. This feature is most useful in large meeting spaces with numerous attendees.
Document Viewer
Users cannot only open images on the Flip, but documents such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and PDF can also be viewed. Once the preferred document is opened, users have the ability to view, edit and save the materials simultaneously as it is being presented.
Various Installations
The Flip can be configured in several different ways, depending on the needs of the user. The Flip can be mounted to a wall or can be supported by two types of stands. Regardless of the preferred configuration, both can still be positioned in either the landscape or the portrait mode.
File Security
Users can set up a four-digital password to lock and hide confidential information saved on the Flip. By entering in the password, users can also access the content for review. For additional protection, users can also schedule automatic file deletion specifying the day, week or month for content to be removed.
Screen lock
Users have the option to lock the Flip’s screen, removing access for others to change the content presented on the screen. When the screen lock is set, drawing and writing on the display are prohibited. Until the Flip is unlocked, content will remain untouched. This feature is ideal for restaurants or cafes that use the Flip as a menu board or displaying daily features.
